Apple has reportedly ‘turned off’ production of the iPhone 12 Mini, why?

When the iPhone 12 Series was first launched, many people were quite surprised to see the iPhone 12 Mini which comes with a very small size. As a result, many are quite interested in buying it.
But after seeing a review about the durability of the smartphone which was not very good, many people ended up not buying the iPhone 12 Mini and preferring to buy the regular iPhone 12.
This also makes the demand for the iPhone 12 Mini very little. And recently there were reports that Apple had stopped production of the iPhone 12 Mini.
Based on a report from TrendForce, it is stated that now the iPhone 12 Mini has stopped being produced by Apple because the demand is so small that it has chosen to shift its production to the iPhone 12, 12 Pro, and 12 Pro Max.
This means that now Apple will only sell the iPhone 12 Mini that they had previously produced until the stock of the smartphone is completely depleted and will not be restocked at all.
It is possible that Apple will lower the price of the iPhone 12 Mini so that the stock runs out faster. Moreover, Apple will soon present the latest iPhone 13 Series which will launch in the third quarter of 2021.

Apple reportedly will present a program that allows users to rent an iPhone for a certain period.
Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman stated this.
According to a Phone Arena report, Tuesday (5/4/2022), the program will be released in late 2022 or early 2023 in the United States.
The estimated subscription costs for the rental program are iPhone 13 for 35 USD or around 500 thousand per month, iPhone 13 Pro for 45 USD or around 600 thousand per month, iPhone 13 Pro Max for 50 USD or around 700 thousand per month.
As the name suggests, a rental program, the iPhone, cannot be owned by the tenant. If the subscription period has expired, it must be returned.
