LG K71 shows off the combined power of the Helio P35 and a stylus

After presenting the LG K42 in the Dominican Republic, a new K series midranger also arrives just hours later.

LG presents the LG K71 but, in this case, we are talking about a totally different device. One with greater hardware power but also with a different objective: to appeal to a young and gamer population .

In addition to having a huge 6.8-inch LCD screen compatible with a stylus that accompanies the formation of the LG K71 , this new LG smartphone has a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, more powerful than the Helio P22 that is so popular in other budget phones from the company like the recently announced K42.

LG K71 Features

  • Display: 6.8-inch LCD with Full HD + image resolution with a ratio of 20.5: 9 (2460 x 1080 pixels).
  • Processor: MediaTek Helio P35 designed with 12nm process technology and paired with an IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics processor.
  • Memories: 4GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage capacity.
  • Cameras: Triple rear camera with a 48MP main sensor on a wide angle lens; a 5MP sensor in an ultra wide angle lens; and a 5MP sensor in a depth lens. Front camera with 32MP sensor in a wide angle lens.
  • Battery: 4000mAh non-removable.
  • Operating system: Android 10 installed from the factory together with its respective LG UX skin.

LG K71 Details

LG K71 shows off the combined power of the Helio P35 and a stylus

On the front the LG K71 we see the increasingly old full screen design with very thin side bezels but with its selfie camera, 32MP in this case, cut out in the center of the upper end with a point-shaped notch. A pity because it ruins the design of its generous 6.8-inch LCD screen with HD + resolution with a 20.5: 9 aspect ratio.

The LG K71 has a bottom edge loaded with ports and details: there we can see a standard 3.5mm audio port, a USB-C charging port, a speaker grill and the compartment exclusively dedicated to housing your dedicated stylus. LG is one of the only manufacturers in the world to offer midrangers with a stylus built into their designs.

Turning the LG K71 over, we can see the generic design of other LG ThinQs: an oval compartment arranged horizontally where its wide-angle, ultra-wide-angle and depth lenses are housed respectively paired with 48, 5 and 5MP sensors. At the far right of this compartment is its LED flash and just below all the lenses is the fingerprint reader.

The power of the LG K71 is borne by the aforementioned MediaTek Helio P35 processor which in this case is paired by 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage capacity and a 4000mAh capacity battery that, unfortunately, does not have charging technology. fast despite its large size.

LG announces the LG K71 in a single dark gray “Holo Titan” color. Just as the K42 was announced exclusively for the Dominican Republic, the LG K71 is also a Central American smartphone launching, at least from its first day, exclusively in Costa Rica at a price not yet revealed.

Not yet given up, BlackBerry is preparing a 5G smartphone with a physical keyboard

BlackBerry 5G:- For those of you who have followed the development of mobile phones before devices such as the iPhone and Android were present, surely you are very familiar with the very popular BlackBerry.

But now the popularity of BlackBerry itself has decreased drastically. Now many people prefer to have an Android or iOS smartphone that comes with various features and high performance.

Even so, it turns out that BlackBerry still hasn’t given up on the phone industry. It is known that now it has collaborated with OnwardMobility to prepare a 5G smartphone that will come with a physical keyboard.

Yes, BlackBerry is still reluctant to follow existing trends and continues to use the physical keyboard that has become the hallmark of the brand.

Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the specifications of the smartphone other than supporting 5G networks. But BlackBerry seems to be overcoming all the shortcomings that were made in their previous smartphones in this new smartphone.

In your opinion, is the use of this physical keyboard still desired by many people? The reason is that many are used to using the on-screen keyboard so it feels strange to return to using a physical keyboard like an old school smartphone.

Not only Apple, Samsung also wants to sell its smartphones at LG-owned stores

Not only Apple, Samsung also wants to sell its smartphones at LG-owned stores

Some time ago there were rumors that LG plans to sell Apple’s iPhone at its store in South Korea. Because LG has now decided to stop producing and selling smartphones.

Of course, this makes LG stores in South Korea, named LG Best Shop, have empty spaces that are not used. That’s why Apple wants LG to help them sell their iPhones for South Korea.

But not long after the news circulated, new information emerged saying that a smartphone manufacturer from South Korea, namely Samsung, also wanted to do the same thing, namely selling smartphones in LG’s offline stores.

Based on information from GSMArena, Samsung is now forcing LG not to sell smartphones made by Apple in its stores but to sell smartphones from Samsung only.

It seems that Samsung is afraid that its dominance in South Korea will be defeated by Apple because later the iPhone will be sold at the LG Best Shop. The reason is that currently there are more than 400 LG stores spread across South Korea so they can make a big impact.

It is not known how Samsung will fight this. But all this is just a rumor so it can not be confirmed the truth.

Nokia C20 Plus Announced, Uses Android Go, 6.5-inch Screen, and 4,950 mAh Battery

HMD Global announced the presence of the Nokia C20 last April, and now it is said to have announced the Plus variant which comes with a number of improvements even though it is still in the same category.

Just like the ‘vanilla’ version of the C20, the Nokia C20 Plus still runs the Go edition of the Android 11 operating system and comes with the Unisoc SC9863A SoC.

This smartphone also comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage that supports a microSD slot with a capacity of up to 256GB. Of course there is not much that can be expected from this smartphone.

In addition, this smartphone also has a polycarbonate material which HMD Global claims has a strong enough durability for a low-end smartphone.

For the screen itself, this smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch LCD screen that has HD + resolution. Then there is also a waterdrop-shaped notch that presents a 5MP selfie camera.

Oh yes, the rear camera of this smartphone comes with a dual camera setup, with a resolution of 8MP Main Camera and 2MP Depth Sensor.

Comes with two color variants, namely black and blue, it is known that the Nokia C20 Plus will be sold at a price of CNY 699 in China and will be available starting on June 16 later.
