Opera 60 for Android renews the data synchronization system

A few days ago the new version of the Opera web browser for PC was announced and today it is Opera for Android’s turn, perhaps the most prominent development of the Chinese Norwegian company.

We are talking, however, about the standard version, whose novelties were already present in Opera Touch and are now coming to precisely facilitate the integration between PC and mobile for users.

Opera 60 is the new version of the browser for Android and its new features include the new method to activate data synchronization between mobile and PC using QR codes.

Thus, it is no longer necessary to enter the username and password to access bookmarks, history, passwords, etc .; just read the QR code on the desktop with your mobile and you are all done. This is how it works in Firefox too, by the way.

But that’s not all: data synchronization through QR codes is extended in Opera 60 to Flow, that private space where you can share notes, links, images, and even files with yourself.

As in the previous case, it is a feature that was already available in Opera Touch, and that finally reaches users of the standard version of Opera as well. In case you didn’t know about this function, the following video tells you how it goes.

Flow’s capabilities are enhanced with the new Easy Files or ‘easy files’ feature: “When attaching files in the Opera browser, Easy Files provides a visual display of the most recently downloaded files, helping you select the desired files quickly, without having to look through folders or remember file names, ”the developers explain.

Finally, Opera 60 for Android includes ‘ suggested sites ‘, a sort of bookmarks automatically generated based on the user’s browsing habits, although if you don’t like it, it can be disabled or managed manually. In short, Opera for Android improves its accessibility, but also its functions. It was time for the batteries to be put in.

Google Assistant Can Now Tie Your Shoelaces If Your Shoes Are Nike Adapt

Google today announced some of the changes brought to the Google Assistant. This change provides support for users to be able to control applications on their smartphones using voice commands.

So what are the benefits of the update to the Google Assistant? Recently the 9to5Google site uploaded a video showing one of the uses for the Google Assistant which can control Android applications.

In the 20-second video uploaded to YouTube, it appears that a man is wearing Nike Adapt shoes. Then the man opened Google Assistant and ordered the Nike Adapt application to tie the two shoes he was wearing until 100%.

As a result, Google Assistant immediately opened the Nike Adapt application and carried out the command as mentioned by the man, namely tying his two shoes up to 100%. Of course, this makes the man not need to use his hands to press a button to tie his shoes.

Not only can you tie the shoe, it is known that users can also check the battery of the Nike Adapt shoe and instruct the Google Assistant to change the color of the shoe is just a voice command.
