Towards the end of 2020, the South Korean electronics manufacturer, Samsung, has released two of its flagship series. Galaxy S20 series at the beginning of the year, while the Galaxy Note20 series has launched some time ago in Indonesia. That means it’s time for the flagship rumors that Samsung will release next year, starting to circulate.
The name itself is still speculative, whether Samsung will call it the Galaxy S30 or Galaxy S21. However, some people who can be considered as specialists in leaking the latest smartphone information seem to be more inclined to mention the Galaxy S21 series. The first rendered photos of the two variants of Samsung’s flagship in 2021 have also appeared on the internet.
The uploader of this rendering photo is @onleaks, has a pretty good track record over the past few months. He also uploaded a render of the Huawei Mate 40 some time ago, which differed only slightly from the original press photo uploaded by Roland Quandt from WinFuture. Then what about the design of the Galaxy S21 series?
Galaxy S21 & S21 Ultra display
Several photos have been uploaded by him, showing the front, side, and back views of the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Ultra as the best variants. In addition to the rendered photos, @onleaks also confirmed that the two of them will be here first in January 2021. Whether or not they are, we are looking forward to it.
From the uploaded photos and videos, it can be seen that the front view is still similar to the previous generation. The difference is in the left and right corner, where the Galaxy S21 uses a flat panel like the Galaxy S20 FE, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra still comes with a curved glass corner. Each of these has a 6.2 screen and an estimated 6.7 – 6.9 inches for the Ultra variant.
While the rear camera design is made different. If previously used a square frame, this time the module is made up of the ends of the left and top corners.
Equally protruding slightly, this time the flash is located on the outside of the camera module. The Galaxy S21 has a vertically aligned triple camera setup, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra has one additional sensor.
Galaxy S21 Ultra Comes Slightly Thicker
Also informed about the size of each of the latest Samsung flagship series. The Galaxy S21 has dimensions of 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9mm (without the camera bump), while the Galaxy S21 Ultra is certainly bigger at 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9mm (with a 2mm camera bump).
Compared to the Galaxy S20 Ultra, the thickness is only 0.1mm up. And from the four sides, rumors can be denied that the S-Pen stylus will be present in the Galaxy S series variant.
In addition, it is also rumored that Samsung is preparing several Exynos processors in the future, one of which will carry a GPU from AMD. Quoted from SamMobile & Ice Universe, the Exynos 2100 chipset is prepared which is claimed to have no power efficiency issues like its predecessor series. Not only that, there are still Exynos 9855 and Exynos 9925, each of which is set to debut in 2022 – 2023.
7000 mAh battery in a cheap Samsung smartphone
Samsung’s cheap smartphones are becoming the kings of batteries in the mobile world. This will also prove the upcoming Galaxy M12, which should cost very little but offer brilliant runtime on a single charge – with a 7,000mAh battery on board.
Smartphone too small and a battery with gargantuan capacity? Recently, it is the domain of Samsung medium-sized people, who took it as a point of honor to pack the largest link into their phone – the values of 5000 and 6000 mAh turned out to be insufficient.
Galaxy M12 tempts with a large battery
The upcoming Galaxy M12 is to include a 7000 mAh battery. It will be a powerful lithium-ion cell, for which three days of work in a cycle should be no problem.
Yesterday we got to know the graphics showing the appearance of the smartphone revealed by the well-known leakster OnLeaks, and thanks to today’s video we know how the Galaxy M12 will look like from all sides. I must admit that the phone looks standard and neat:
The housing is to measure 163.9 x 75.9 x 8.9 mm and will definitely weigh over 200 g, which customers must be ready for. Not the latest design is also striking, as the front will feature a screen with a teardrop and a fairly wide chin.
The rear panel will be much more modern, assuming that we can call a square island for four cameras. The flap will be divided into two asymmetrical parts: a matte top and a glossy bottom.
It is speculated that the Galaxy M12 will go on sale in early 2021. According to the new policy of the Galaxy M series, the phone should also go to Poland – in the medium-sized segment, someone fresh with a reliable battery will be useful.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Version Predicted to Come with S Pen Support
Samsung is currently getting ready to launch its newest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S21 series, which will debut in January 2021. Currently, there are leaks circulating regarding this smartphone.
Based on a report from the Android Police website, it was stated that the Galaxy S21 Series itself will come in three variants, namely the standard, Plus, and Ultra variants. The regular S21 will come with a 6.2-inch screen, the S21 Plus will come with a 6.7-inch screen, and the S21 Ultra will come with 6.8-inch screen size.
Apart from that specified for the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Samsung is known to provide S Pen support, which as we know only supports Galaxy Note Series smartphones. Of course, this is news that is quite surprising to many people.
Even though it comes with S Pen support, it doesn’t mean that the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be equipped with an S Pen like the Galaxy Note Series. Maybe in the future, Samsung will sell its S Pen separately for Galaxy S21 Ultra users.
Then for the kitchen, the Galaxy S21 Series smartphone will be equipped with a new chipset made by Qualcomm, namely Snapdragon 875 and Exynos 2100 for certain regions. This smartphone will also run One UI 3.1 based on Android 11.
Previously, there was a leak from the rendering of the Galaxy S21 which showed a unique but still cool rear camera setup. It is stated that the S21 and S21 Plus variants come with a 12MP Main Camera, 12MP Ultra Wide, and 64MP Telephoto. Meanwhile, the Ultra variant comes with a 108MP Main Camera, 10MP 3x Optical Telephoto, 10MP 10x Optical Telephoto, and also 12MP Ultra Wide.
