In this article, our Team will give you some tips for playing games on Android smartphones without lag, and the method is very easy!
Are you still using a potato cell phone? No need to worry guys, this way you can minimize graphics lag or RAM usage.
Tips For Playing Games On Android Without Lag, Easy Way
If you have a very old & low-end device, then you might face lag and freeze issues quite often while using it.
You might even get late notifications when you make calls or use WhatsApp. In such cases, you might think that this is due to the aging of the device.
In other words, it’s true, but you can fix it using a simple workaround.
Technically, Android draws from a predefined random data set to perform most operations.
When the device runs out of this entropy pool, it has to rebuild itself causing a delay in opening the app. Here are some options to help with this problem.
1. Using Seeder Application (Root)
This problem, you can solve by using the Seeder application which takes the process that generates the data and does it every second.
Then it feeds that info into a new random dataset and keeps refreshing it regularly, and furthermore uses that data to keep the system pool tidy.
So it never runs out of RAM and this results in faster app launches, lag-free animations, and reduced navigation lags.
Note, that this app requires ROOT and is not compatible with the latest Android versions. In such cases, you can also try the L Speed app to speed up your Android phone.
2. Via Settings (No Root)
For those of you who don’t want to root your smartphone, you can enable developer options by tapping 7 times on the build number in the “About Phone” section, after which you can reduce animation speed by 0.5X or even disable it completely.
This will significantly reduce animation lag and make your device faster.
3. Improve Android Graphics
Want to get maximum gaming speed and performance from your Android device? then you should try the GLTools (graphics optimizer) app.
4. Using GLTools (Root)
This app requires root permissions, in order to work and allows you to improve performance for better on low-end devices with like you running a different processor.
Apart from that, you can adjust the graphics for better visuals and better dynamic range.
Android 12 Now Can Turn Off 2G Network, For Device Security
Android 12 was officially launched in October 2021 and several OEMs have pushed the availability of this new mobile operating system to a number of their eligible smartphone and tablet devices.
While features like Material You and widget enhancements have caught the attention of many, other recent additions seem to have gone unnoticed by the public. This feature is Android 12’s ability to turn off 2G networks on smartphones and was only revealed a few days ago.
A tweet from Mishaal Rahman’s Twitter account said that a change was found in Android 12 in the form of an option to turn off 2G networks on smartphones. Google apparently quietly rolled out the feature late last year, which allows users to increase the security of their devices at the touch of a button. This feature also received a warm welcome.
In some countries, many telecommunications providers have turned off the availability of 2G networks (following the next 3G), but most smartphones still have 2G modems and continue to try to connect to the nearest 2G signal, and this is the source of the problem.
Launched back in 1991, this outdated service has many vulnerabilities, and its security is outdated. For example, the encryption capability between the 2G tower and the device is very weak, and this results in a network that can be easily breached, to intercept text messages and calls. Another problem is the lack of authentication from tower to device, which allows for fake 2G towers, simulating cellular sites, which can also be a source of eavesdropping.
Even though the average smartphone currently uses a 4G network that is safer, under certain conditions, the smartphone network can change to 2G, especially when the 4G network is very weak, so smartphones also have the vulnerabilities brought by the 2G network.
So, if you want to protect your smartphone and data, the best way is to turn off the 2G network, which is available in the latest version of Android 12, as suggested by Google.
However, not all devices with the latest Android 12 version can use this feature. At a minimum, the device requires an update on Radio HAL to version 1.6 or later, which many Android devices (especially those released still with Android 11 or earlier) don’t provide it, due to requirements issues with Google Requirement Freeze (GRF). If your device is one of them, then you cannot turn off the 2G network with this new feature.
However, the latest smartphone devices that ship with Android 12, including the latest Pixel and Samsung smartphones, will be able to take advantage of this feature. To turn off the 2G network, go to the Settings → Network and Internet → SIMs → Allow 2G page and slide the available switch.
Android 12 is officially launched, take a peek at some of its new features
Google launched the Android 12 operating system which has a greater focus on privacy and will ‘follow’ in the footsteps of iOS.
Android 12 will display a notification when the clipboard is accessed as well as other improvements in the message section. Also, according to Stuff, Android 12’s biggest overall shift is aesthetics thanks to the language and a new design philosophy they call “Material You”
Instead of developing a fixed, standard look for all apps, Google gives you more control over the look and feel of apps and interfaces through the use of a color palette along with auto-matched widget accents and styles.
Meanwhile, the new Privacy Dashboard will offer a useful all-around view of your privacy settings, while a small indicator will appear whenever an app is using the camera or microphone.
The Android operating system can be updated via Google Play, which means less reliance on phone manufacturers to drive upgrades to their OS.
“Today, we are releasing the first beta version of Android 12, and giving you an overview of some of the features that will be available in the next release,” said Sameer Samat, VP of Product Management, Android & Google Play.
Android 12 Developer Preview Officially Released, This Is What It Looks Like
Google finally officially launched the Developer Preview version of Android 12. Many can’t wait to see what features and changes are presented in this latest Android operating system.
So far, new things that have been presented in Android 12 itself are the Emergency SOS feature, a number of redesigns, and also some minor changes that are not too significant and not many users are aware of.
Based on information from Android Police, the Emergency SOS feature on Android 12 is now easier to access, where currently users can make emergency calls by pressing the power button five times in a row.
In addition, there are minor design changes in the Settings app and also the Search Bar. However, one of the editors from XDA-Developers, Mishaal Rahman, managed to find a feature that could make the UI of the Settings change drastically and be easy to use 1 hand.
We also found changes in the Settings application where there are several menus that appear in blue and indicate that it seems that Google is currently working on a theme feature that is rumored to be present in the final version of Android 12.
Considering that this is still a Developer Preview version, the features and changes that are presented are still few and will continue to grow over time. In addition, the DP version of the operating system is also not recommended for everyday use because there are many bugs in it.
